Innovation in Business Management Models: Literature Review

La innovación en los modelos de administración de empresas es relevante en un entorno caracterizado por cambios rápidos y disruptivos. Esta revisión de literatura se centra en las tendencias, retos y oportunidades que configuran este ámbito, enfatizando la necesidad de adaptarse a las nuevas dinámicas del mercado. Los objetivos son identificar las tendencias que impulsan la innovación, examinar los principales obstáculos y explorar oportunidades emergentes y mejores prácticas. A través de un enfoque cualitativo, se recopilaron, analizaron y sintetizaron investigaciones previas. Los resultados destacan que las tendencias más significativas son la digitalización, la sostenibilidad, la personalización y la mejora de la experiencia del cliente. Sin embargo, se identifican retos importantes, como las barreras tecnológicas y culturales. Se concluye describiendo que las oportunidades emergentes se enfocan en el aprovechamiento de plataformas digitales, tecnologías avanzadas, modelos circulares y alianzas estratégicas, elementos esenciales para fomentar la innovación empresarial y afrontar los desafíos actuales.
