Artificial intelligence and augmented reality in human resources in public management

La inteligencia artificial replica habilidades humanas para decisiones y procesamiento de datos, mientras que la realidad aumentada enriquece el entorno físico con elementos digitales. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar el impacto de la inteligencia artificial (IA) y la realidad aumentada (RA) en la retención y gestión del talento humano dentro del sector público, destacando su potencial para mejorar la eficiencia, la calidad de los servicios y la productividad laboral. El estudio se basó en una investigación pura, el enfoque cualitativo, la revisión sistemática y la declaración Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (Prisma). La indagación explicó que la inteligencia artificial y la realidad aumentada está transformando radicalmente el proceso de contratación y selección de personal, así como aumenta la productividad y optimiza la gestión de recursos, potenciando su adaptabilidad en entornos laborales. De esa manera, se concluyó que la integración de dichas tecnologías permite una productividad y gestión eficaz, siendo esencial que se implementen de manera ética y justa, protegiendo los derechos individuales y reduciendo los prejuicios en la gestión de talento.

Artificial intelligence replicates human skills for decisions and data processing, while augmented reality enriches the physical environment with digital elements. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and augmented reality (AR) on the retention and management of human talent within the public sector, highlighting its potential to improve efficiency, quality of services and labor productivity. The study was based on pure research, qualitative approach, systematic review and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (Prisma) statement. The investigation explained that artificial intelligence and augmented reality are radically transforming the personnel hiring and selection process, as well as increasing productivity and optimizing resource management, enhancing their adaptability in work environments. In this way, it was concluded that the integration of these technologies allows for effective productivity and management, being essential that they are implemented in an ethical and fair manner, protecting individual rights and reducing prejudices in talent management.
