El objetivo principal fue analizar cómo la modernización de la gestión pública mejora la atención a personas con discapacidad mediante investigaciones existentes. Se empleó una metodología bibliométrica no experimental longitudinal, consultando 973 documentos en Scopus (1977-2024), procesados con VOSviewer y Bibliometrix. Los resultados muestran un aumento significativo en la producción científica desde 2015, con un crecimiento anual del 9.25% y una colaboración internacional del 18.19%, liderada por Estados Unidos, Reino Unido y España. Términos clave como "transformación digital", "gobierno electrónico" y "accesibilidad a servicios de salud" destacan la importancia de la innovación tecnológica. La investigación, respaldada por la Comisión Europea y Horizon 2020, refleja un enfoque multidisciplinario. Se concluye que la modernización de la gestión pública, impulsada por tecnologías y cooperación intersectorial, promueve servicios públicos más inclusivos, equitativos y accesibles para personas con discapacidad.
The main objective was to analyze how the modernization of public management improves care for people with disabilities through existing research. A non-experimental longitudinal bibliometric methodology was used, consulting 973 documents in Scopus (1977-2024), processed with VOSviewer and Bibliometrix. The results show a significant increase in scientific output since 2015, with an annual growth of 9.25% and international collaboration of 18.19%, led by the United States, the United Kingdom, and Spain. Key terms such as “digital transformation,” “e-government,” and “accessibility to health services” highlight the importance of technological innovation. The research, supported by the European Commission and Horizon 2020, reflects a multidisciplinary approach. It concludes that the modernization of public management, driven by technologies and intersectoral cooperation, promotes more inclusive, equitable, and accessible public services for people with disabilities.
